Rewind  Rules
                                     Basic rule: civilized behavior.


1. Insults / insults (player / staff / community):

The entire discussion must be seen in screen shots, with F4 on the full screen.

Insults / insults can only be claimed by the offended / insulted person,
 regardless of the means by which they were addressed,
 global chat, normal chat, gens chat, PM, party chat.

A suspension is granted for any other reference to parents, relatives, 
if used in an offensive context.
Discrimination on the grounds of gender, color, race or any other criterion that
 violates human rights is punished. 
No suspension is granted for minor insults, such as: sucker, fool, jet, noob, but.

Insults or insults to players are penalized as follows:

first warning - minimum 2-day suspension
second warning - minimum 4-day suspension
third warning - minimum 10-day suspension
fourth warning - minimum 20-day suspension 
We reserve the right to check the logs to see if the event was provoked or not.
 If the event was also provoked by insults/insults, both players will be sanctioned.

We give you 12 hours from the time of posting to resolve the matter amicably, 
otherwise the above sanctions will apply.

2. Language (player/staff/community):

Indecent language, obscene signs and swearing expressed on global & normal
 chat can be reported by people other than the person to whom they are addressed,
 if it is used in a public context.

If the conversation takes place in the party/guild, but the language is 
NOT addressed to the person making the complaint and is not related to the 
complainant/staff/community, then your complaint will be closed without suspension.

* It is the choice of the party and guild members to remain in the 
company of people with such language and they have the option to leave the party/guild.
 People bothered by such language can contact the party leader / guild master to resolve the situation. 

Swearing is punished regardless of whether it is explicit or abbreviated.
For such complaints, it is NOT mandatory to post the screenshot with 
F4 at maximum, but it must be shown that it does not fall under the party/guild 
exception when they are not addressed to him/the admins/the server/the community.
For abbreviations like sms, mm, the context in which they are addressed will be
 taken into account (mandatory to post the screenshot with F4 at maximum).
Suspends are still granted for abbreviated insults aswell.

Swearing, obscene signs and vulgar/obscene language are penalized as follows:

first warning - suspend for at least 5 days
second warning - suspend for at least 10 days
third warning - suspend for at least 15 days
fourth warning - suspend for at least 30 days

* In case the language used is extremely serious, the section moderators 
may grant an additional suspension by increasing the number of days of 
suspension until the account is blocked. 

** For these cases, a separate record will be kept to ensure consistency, 
and the initiator of the complaint or the moderator who resolves it 
will call the tag to ensure that the manager is informed of the 
need to evaluate the complaint. 

3. Behavior towards the Game Master:

Disrupting events organized by the Rewind Staff will be penalized
 with the suspension of the character for a period of 10 days. 

4. Nicknames/Guild names:

Vulgar/obscene names are prohibited.
The use of nicknames or guild names similar to Game Masters is strictly prohibited.
Any character with such a name will be penalized with the account being blocked.

5. Staff acquaintances:

The penalty for people who pose as Game Masters or acquaintances/relatives
 of those who are part of the guild [Admins] or charge to use this real connection
 to obtain advantages or in a threatening context, is 20 days suspension.

The GM does not ask you for your account data, namely passwords, login data.
The GM does not ask/offer you items.
The GM does not ask/offer you favors.

6. Scam:

Attempting to scam another player will result in account ban.

7. Cheating:

Hack applications are NOT accepted.
Exploitation of game bugs is NOT accepted.
Items obtained by exploiting bugs (cheated items) are NOT accepted.
Any attempt to exploit hacks/bugs to create an advantage will be penalized with account blocking.

8. Advertising: 

Advertising (advertising) on ​​anything other than Rewind servers and events 
posted on the Rewind Youtube channel/Discord/Facebook page/community 
will be penalized with account blocking.

9. Illegal sales of items and accounts

You ar allowed to sell/buy items or accounts ussing 

any currency ,careful scamming result in account ban permanently.

10. PK (Player Kill) – Boss / Miniboss

NOT applicable when the status of the killer does not change (has self-defense activated).
Screenshot is required at the time of death (at the place where he was killed)

11. KS (Kill Stealing) on ​​the spot

A Screenshot taken when the complainant is alone on the spot
 or with a party (photo validity - max 2 days)
At least two screenshots with the complainant (the one who makes the KS)
 in action - to see how he hits
KS is punished if it exceeds 2 minutes.
Warning is NOT mandatory
Does not apply in DS/BC

12. PK (Player Kill) on the spot

A Screenshot taken when the claimant is alone on the spot or with a party (photo validity - max 2 days)
NOT applicable when the status of the killer does not change (has self-defense activated).
A screenshot is required at the time of death (at the place where he was killed)

For KS and PK the penalties are as follows:

first warning - suspend for at least 5 days
second warning - suspend for at least 10 days
third warning - suspend for at least 20 days
fourth warning - suspend for at least 40 days
fifth warning - suspend for at least 80 days

13. Spot takeover (very important)

To take over a spot you must explicitly ask "afk+recipient name"
 each character on the spot / in the pen, within a 5-minute interval.
They are required to respond within this time interval on normal chat.
The takeover requires 4 pictures, in different minutes, the 1st print 
being in minute 0 and the third print in minute 4, followed by 
the print with F4 raised in minute 5 to end the takeover.
The takeover starts from the moment you asked the first question but it will 
not end with a question displayed by the character at the time of the F4 print.
If however after the F4 print, the person to be taken over answers, it is
 no longer taken into account, even if it is minute 5. At least 1 picture 
must be taken at different coordinates.
If within 5 minutes it is not proven that at least 1 character on the spot is online,
 they have lost the spot.
Picture with F4: All the questions should be visible in this picture, 
if there is a lot of discussion in the chat you should take more pictures
 so that there is a connection between the questions .

Example:
minute 00:00: x, afk? +print.
minute 00:02/03: x, afk? +print.
minute 00:04: x, afk? +print.
minute 00:05: F4 +print.

The takeover is incorrectly done if:

during it, the one taking over makes ks.
during it the one taking over leaves the spot or disconnects.
the questions of all afk characters are on a single line.
all the pictures are on the same coordinates.
the pointer is not placed on each character asked by afk at the time of the print.

Important:

If you have a party on a specific spot and you leave that spot 
to buy mana/health potion or for any other reason, you automatically 
lose any rights to that spot.

If while you are away from the spot and another player makes/starts
 a takeover, you no longer have the right to the spot and you are not 
allowed to interrupt it.

In this case, only those who remained on the spot at the time of his arrival
 are allowed to interrupt this takeover, by responding to him.

14. Playing on more than 2 accounts: 

first warning - suspend for at least 99 days on all accounts

second warning - suspend permanent on all accounts

Important!

Falsifying evidence will be penalized with account blocking. 
Unproven accusations against Rewind Staff will be penalized with 
the suspension of the main character/characters for an indefinite period.
Inventing rules that are not included in these regulations and using 
them to gain an advantage or threatening them will be penalized with the 
suspension of the character for a period of 3 days.
The validity of the photos for making a complaint is a maximum of 7 days.

In the event of any type of cyber attack, denial of service, DDoS,
 legal measures will be taken, which will include criminal cases.
